Password Self-Service for Staff and Students at London Metropolitan University.

This service allows you to:

• Register
• Reset your password
• Change your password
• Unlock your account

Before you can use this service, you must register. Registration requires you to set up four security questions and answers. These security questions and answers allow you to reset / change your password.
This will allow you to:

• Change your passwords without the need to contact the IT helpdesk.
• Reset your password in case you forget your password.

Password requirements - Minimum of 8 characters and must include a number and upper and lower case letters.
